I know that most people aren't into mushy, over-the-top love stuff like I am. BUT IF YOU ARE! I Like You, I Love You, by Carissa Potter, is an adorable "extended Valentine" you might really enjoy.
Because, first of all, that cover is hilarious and amazing. (Even though I definitely wouldn't wear lacy underwear for someone I only liked -- it's still funny.)
